Kemo Delisles: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Kemo is the Chief Executive Officer of Direct Commerce Group, and has an extensive background in
object-oriented programming and software development of information security products and payment
systems. His technical expertise is coupled with extensive sales, marketing and operations experience.
He has been with Debitway from the very beginning and has developed e-commerce systems for digital
goods. Prior to joining Debitway, Mr. Delisles has served as President and operational Manager of private
technology start-ups, overseeing it from inception to profitability and subsequent divestiture. He brings
extensive knowledge of payment processing and Internet applications to his position Mr. Delisles
previously held the position of Executive Vice-President, Business Development with Inter-Canadian Inc. a
leading software development provider since 1999.

Nadia Belanger: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Nadia is the CFO for the Direct Commerce Group. She has held positions on a number of private
corporate and community boards. Mrs. Belanger is responsible for all financial activities within the Group
including but not limited to M&A, Investments, Risk Management, Information Technology and Human
Resources. Prior to joining Debitway in 2005, she was the Corporate Controller for Generation Technologies Inc.
She also serves on the boards of several young technology companies in which Direct Commerce Group has
invested.

Hish Derby: Director of Operations
Hish Derby is involved in the management and consultation of all day to day aspects of the operational
departments within the Direct Commerce Group business units. Mr. Derby responsibilities include
Customer Service, Security & Fraud, Investigations, Collections, as well as the companies Quality Assurance
department. Hish also consults on the support and relationship sides of Debitway top merchants, liaising
with our internal Sales and Information Technology teams to ensure business needs are met on both sides.
Mr. Derby has five years previous experience within high volume processing operations, working in various
roles including Key Account Management and Director of Sales capacities. He has also previously implemented
managerial tools, created and administered various internal and external training programs within many facets
of the payment industry and holds a BA in Communications.

Rod Tomita: Regional Senior Business Development Manager
Rod has over 35 years of experience in the Payment Processing Sector. With his vast knowledge of sales and Marketing Rod has guided small and medium business owners from start-up to a sustainable business model. He has worked with the Fortune 50 corporations to increase sales and also initiated creative strategies that till today are being used. Rod has an "energy" that keeps his customers motivated and balanced. His motto in Life is "I am so happy, my life is so simple". Prior to "Debitway.ca" Rod has built, launched and grown products at Moneris, Omnium Concept Inc., Rodgers, and Bank Of America. Additionally, he was a Senior Representative for the American Express (Amex) New Business Account Unit. Since 2003, Rod continues to devote his time at the "Fondation du Maire de Montréal" in order to mentor young entrepreneurs.

Andy Makosz: Business Development
Andy holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, with a Major in Marketing and a Minor in Administration. On
graduation, Andy spent several years with major corporations in the various industries. Mr Makosz's career
stages involved working with smaller, privately owned enterprises, mostly technical in nature. As a previous
business owner and in positions of senior management for others, Mr Makosz has also spent time as a manufacturer,
consultant and advisor. His more than thirty-five years of experience is particularly useful in his role of developing
successful e-commerce strategies for a broad range of businesses of varied sizes.

Sonia Wynter: Financial Controller
As the Financial Controller, Sonia Wynter is responsible for all financial matters including controllership, billing, tax,
payroll and the efficient operation of the finance team. In her role, Sonya liaises closely with Management to implement
system and procedure improvements and produce relevant financial reports. Prior to joining Debitway, Sonia worked in
a variety of Financial Controller and internal Accountancy roles with companies of all sizes, from online start-ups to
established national businesses with hundreds of staff and multiple offices. Her broad business experience and perspectives,
help the management team stay focused on the all important bottom line.

Fran Sanchez: Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Fran is a key team member with Direct Commerce Group. Since 2004 Fran joined the Group, having previously been the
Systems Administrator for a number of service providers and E-commerce online payment His responsible include the IT
systems infrastructure, administration and management of software engineering, network security and ongoing systems
development. Mr. Sanchez assesses technologies deployed, oversees information due diligence, and the provision of
architectural assessment and reports required by the business. His duties include working with a team of programming
specialists to ensure constant updates, security and backend programmation of software applications. He can talk bits and
bytes to the technical staff and debits and credits with the CFO.

David Cohen: Security & Compliance Manager (CSI)
David Cohen joined The Direct Commerce Group in March 2006 as the Security & Compliance manager. He oversees the
Groups complete adoption of its Compliance and Risk Management platforms. David plays a key role in developing a strong
culture of compliance across the organization whilst acting as a consultant to the business. Mr. Cohen ensures an overall formula
for success through conducting compliance monitoring, assessing implications of regulatory developments, and ensuring the
business is on track with rule changes and prudential requirements. His responsibilities are to recruit, train and manage our
online fraud Investigations team who diligently combat the ever growing risk of E-commerce fraud. David has created a team
of highly skilled fraud analysts who analyze real time transactions and stop the company incurring any potential losses, whilst
minimizing chargeback levels and complaints for merchants. Prior to joining Debitway, David held several managerial positions
in varied industries, giving him a unique breath of knowledge and style of management.

Jay Srivasan: Sales & Marketing Manager
Holding a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Advertising, Jay Srivasan is responsible for Direct Commerce Group
marketing strategy and devising and implementing creative, direct marketing, on-line customer acquisition campaigns and sales
channels. He is the driver behind Debitway brands, sponsorship, media relations and external agency relationships. Having worked
for a number of established online businesses and payment gateways for the past 10 years Jay brings to Debitway a strong background
working within the media and digital vertical markets. His experience includes spending more than five years working on a number of
web based projects with global blue chip corporations across the globe offering acquisition and retention strategies including branding,
website design/development, affiliate program design and management, SEO, media buying and online and offline marketing and other
strategies. Mr. Srivasan utilizes his knowledge base and industry experience to assist with the development of client communication
and merchant services.

Kelly Parker: Customer Support Manager
Kelly joined the Direct Commerce Group in June 2007 to manage the day to day operation of the 24/7 support centre, ensuring current
and future customers needs are managed promptly and professionally. Since then, she has been successful in implementing measures
to ensure our Customer Service Centre consistently deliver a superior and personable service to both merchants and their customers.
Kelly has built a strong knowledge base and skill foundation with team members and leaders, whilst building and managing related business
systems, individual development and team culture. She works closely with the management team to increase the efficiency of processes
and procedures, whilst ensuring the retention of team members by offering challenge and opportunity.
